Before you make a booking or purchase a ticket, it is important to read and understand all the terms and conditions clearly. Here are the terms and conditions that you need to know before you book IMG Worlds tickets and tour packages through our portal:
1. Pricing
All our tour packages are priced reasonably or economically. In most cases, the price mentioned on the website or the tour packages are prices for per head/person. Moreover, it does not include any of the extra charges including visa or passport fee, food and drinks, accommodation, tips for tour guides, laundry, room services, etc. In cases these are included in the fee, it would be mentioned specifically on the page. Apart from this, the rates given on the website are subject to change without any prior notice, in case of circumstances like hotel rates, increase in airline tickets, transport expenses, etc.
2. Methods of Payment
Payment for IMG Worlds of Adventure has to be done through credit card, and you need to provide your credit card details for the same. You can make the payment through any major credit card, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, and Discover. The payment would show up on your statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
After your payment is processed, you would receive a confirmation slip from our travel consultants via email. You need to take a printout of the same to redeem your tour package. It is important to provide the right information regarding your travel arrangements and itinerary during the time of booking.

5. Cancellation Procedures
When you need to cancel a tour package, the first thing to do is read the cancellation rules on the cancellation slip. You need to apply for a cancellation request to Rayna via writing. Once we receive your cancellation request, we would confirm the booking cancellation by email, telephone, or fax and let you know about the cancellation fee that you need to pay. We cannot be held responsible for any cancellation for which we have not received a request from you. The cancellation is only final when you receive a confirmation about the same from us.
6. Itinerary Amendments
The tours you book may be amended in case of situations like local/weather conditions, airway schedules, etc. In such a scenario, you may be offered a similar tour package, depending on availability. The changes would be alerted to you before departure. It is important to note that Rayna Tours has the right to make minor changes in the itinerary without providing reimbursement. Moreover, no reimbursement would be provided in case of natural disasters like earthquake or floods.
7. Hotel Accommodation and Check-in – Check-out Policy
In case we are not able to find accommodation in the hotel of your preference, we would try our best to provide a suitable alternative as per your preferences and budget. The check-in and check-out would completely depend on the hotel you would be staying at. Rayna Tours does not hold any responsibility if the hotel does not adhere to your late or early check-in and check-out requests.
8. Travel Insurance
All travelers should get a medical insurance before travelling. Rayna Tours cannot be held responsible in any way if the clients have to face any damage due to illness, accident, injury, loss of personal baggage, and even cancellation of the trip.
9. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for carrying all the travel documents that they need for the tour. This could include a passport or a valid ID card. In case you cannot complete the tour because you did not have the relevant documents, you would not be provided with a refund.
10. Website Usage Restrictions
As a client of Rayna Tours, you can go through this website to check the content to gather information. However, in no circumstances should any of the content be used for commercial, non-personal, or illegitimate purposes. Each and every content you find in this website, including images, logo, information, pricing details, etc. are the sole proprietary of Rayna Tours and Travels.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any problems, issue, or dispute that arises out of or in connection with the website would be dealt with in accordance of the UAE laws.
