Attraction and Ride Rules and Regulations
IMG Worlds of Adventure prides itself on being an inclusive destination where everyone can experience excitement and enjoyment. In line with this commitment, the attraction warmly welcomes everyone including individuals with disabilities to partake in a day filled with fun. The park is equipped with accessible amenities and is wheelchair-friendly, ensuring that guests with disabilities can fully enjoy their visit. Additionally, specific rides are designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. To enhance their experience, the park provides special disability access tickets. A person with a disability can bring along a companion/helper at a full ticket price. Guests seeking this access are required to present a medical letter as proof of disability when obtaining the disability access ticket.
At IMG Worlds of Adventure, guest’s safety and comfort are given prime importance and hence a series of rules and regulations are in effect for its visitors to adhere to enjoy a safe, wonderful time. People who are of sound physical and mental health, have no health problems and have no recent bouts of disease are welcome to experience the attractions of IMG Worlds of Adventure.
General safety guidelines to keep in mind while visiting IMG Worlds of Adventure:
- Guests who have health conditions related to the heart, neck or spine, have cardio health issues, blood pressure issues, vertigo or motion-related unease, it is best not to ride on the attractions as they are not suited for their health conditions.
- Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to ride and will be asked to leave the attraction.
- The rides are not suited for infants and kids not able to sit on their own in an attraction.
- Guests who have recently undergone surgery should avoid riding on attractions.
- Pregnant women and expectant mothers are not allowed to ride on the attractions.
- The rides and attractions have height restrictions rather than age restrictions. Guests who do not meet the height requirement are not allowed on the ride. Haunted Hotel is not open for kids. Only guests 15 years and above can enter and enjoy the Haunted Hotel experience.
- Caretakers of minors or people of determination must be above 18 years of age and healthy physically and mentally.
- Kids should be accompanied by adults at all times.

Just like other attractions in Dubai, IMG Worlds of Adventure adheres to standard regulations to ensure visitors have a seamless experience. Guests are expected to observe the following rules:
- They should behave responsibly and adhere to staff instructions.
- Queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited to ensure the enjoyment of all guests.
- Observing and respecting cultural sensitivities is important, and unruly behaviour or offensive language is not tolerated.
- Appropriate attire should be worn at all times.
- It is recommended to avoid wearing expensive accessories or jewellery to prevent any inconveniences.
Items not allowed inside the IMG Worlds of Adventure
The following items are banned and cannot be carried inside IMG Worlds of Adventure:
- Any kind of weapons, sharp objects like knives, glass items etc.
- Alcohol and illegal substances
- Outside food and beverages
- Drones, Selfie sticks, Lenses over 70 mm
- Helium Balloons, banners and Large Flags
- Hard-sided bags or containers
- Inflammable liquids, Flares and Fireworks
- Tents and Camping Chair
- Scooters, Skateboards, shoes with wheels
- Pet animals
- Any other items that may cause injury or pose a safety hazard to fellow visitors
