Facilities at IMG Worlds of Adventure

Parking

Parking at IMG Worlds of Adventure is absolutely free. Moreover, there is plenty of parking space for everyone. If you have saved your time by booking the Fastrack IMG Worlds tickets, and do not want to waste it by finding parking space and later locating your car, you can opt for valet parking at an additional cost.

Wheelchairs

You can hire a wheelchair at the entrance of IMG Worlds of Adventure against a valid ID card. Wheelchairs are available on first-come-first-serve basis. They should be returned without any damage. Wheelchairs should not pass the entry-exit turnstiles.

Restrooms

Restrooms are available at 5 locations: IMG Boulevard, Entrance Lobby, Marvel Zone, Lost Valley Zone and Cartoon Network zone. Each restroom block includes a family bathroom along with baby changing facilities. Facilities for disabled guests can be found at all restrooms.

First Aid

In case of an emergency situation, you must head to Guest Relations located in the Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure zone. We have a team of trained staff who would happy to help you with first aid or any other situation.

Rules & Regulations

• Each ride cycle can have up to one guest with disability, who should be seated next to his or her helper.
• For safety purposes, the guest with disability and his or her helper may be required to sit in a particular seat.
• The guest with disability must have the body and spinal control to sit upright without the aid of other people or devices and be able to maintain the riding posture even during bumping or other characteristic movements of the ride.
• All restraints must close properly and must not be hindered by any devices or apparatuses that the guest with disability may be wearing.
• Guests with casts or prosthesis should not wear any item that obstructs safety devices or puts an adjacent passenger at risk.
• Guests with disabilities must be free from any unsecured assistance devices or prosthesis which might become loose during the ride.
